This summer is flying by. We've been having a fun summer with swing dancers visiting our event from different parts of the country, from Washington to Virginia. Our first six week series is going really well and it's great to have people in Idaho Falls learning the swing out.
This Wednesday, August 5th, Swing Shift is playing the Community Night Out event on the Greenbelt from 7-8pm. This event is FREE including free food and ice cream (for when you are hungry after dancing). The event is located on the Greenbelt at Memorial and E street.
Welcome to Swing Junction! Swing Junction focuses on the dances from the 1920s-40s including Lindy Hop, Jitterbug, Balboa, Charleston and Shag. Swing Junction is working with local jazz musicians to keep this part of our history alive in Idaho Falls.
